To initiate a return, please email us at ligaclothingco@gmail.com. We will send you a QR code to use for your return shipment.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS USING YOUR OWN COURIER. IN PARTICULAR, IF YOU ARE A NON-SWEDISH CUSTOMER AND YOU SEND YOUR ITEM BACK WITHOUT USING THE QR CODE PROVIDED BY US, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED THE TAXES AND DUTIES THAT YOU HAVE PAID.

Please note that the above is only a rough estimate. A more accurate cost based on your parcel's dimensions, weight and location will be communicated when you initiate your return.

Step-by-step returns procedure:

  1. Email ligaclothingco@gmail.com to initiate your return. You will receive a QR code for your return shipment.
  2. Put the item back into the original packaging, including any tags and labels.
  3. Fill out the returns form that came with your order and enclose it in your returns package.
  4. If you are returning a parcel from outside Sweden, please write "RETURNED GOODS" on the package to avoid delays or charges at Swedish customs.
  5. Package your parcel securely — we are not responsible for damaged or lost returned goods in transit.
  6. Use the QR code provided to drop off your package at the nearest collection point.

Returns Policy, Refunds and Exchanges

We hope that you will be satisfied with our products. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (minus the cost of delivery and the cost of return) by following the returns procedure above.

We can only accept returned products that are in their original condition, in a re-sellable condition, undamaged, unworn, unwashed, with all labels attached.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange, please return your original order for a refund and then place a new order.

Refund of Taxes and Duties

If you are a non-Swedish customer and you return a product, we will refund you the full amount you paid (price of product + all taxes and duties). However, you must initiate your return by emailing ligaclothingco@gmail.com and using the QR code provided. If you return your item without using our provided QR code, you will not be refunded the taxes and duties.

Canada customers: Canadian shoppers are eligible for a full refund of duties and taxes on returns.

Refund

We will refund you the price you paid for the products (including any taxes and duties paid, but excluding delivery and return costs) by the method you used for payment. Please allow up to 14 days for payment to be processed following our receipt of the returned goods.

Swedish Orders

Price displayed includes Swedish VAT (moms).

Non-Swedish Orders

For non-Swedish customers:

  • All orders will have the correct duties, taxes and shipping costs calculated and can be paid in full as part of the final price at checkout.
  • Prices displayed and payment will be in your local currency.
  • At checkout, you will be able to pay using a range of payment providers local to you.
  • If you return a product, you will be refunded the full amount you paid (price of product + all duties and taxes) by us. However, you must initiate your return by contacting us (see below), otherwise you will not be refunded the taxes and duties on the order.

As a non-Swedish customer, you may see that the price for products is higher than the Swedish price. This is because the price includes all applicable taxes and duties for your country.

US customers please note:

Due to laws enacted by the US government, all orders, including those below USD$800, are subject to import tariffs.

All applicable import taxes and duties will be accurately calculated and included in the total purchase price that you pay at checkout, so there will not be any surprise bills or charges when your order arrives in the US.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number on our website or the carrier's website.
